Successful AGM Held at Lanark Memorial Hall

Clydesdale Housing Association held its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 2 September 2026 at Lanark Memorial Hall. We were delighted to welcome 31 of the Association’s 94 members to the event to hear about the Association’s performance during 2025/26 and plans for the year ahead.

During the meeting, members received reports on the Association’s activities and achievements over the past year, including ongoing investment in homes, tenant safety, service improvement and tenant engagement.

The AGM was followed by the Residents and Tenants Group AGM, providing an opportunity to celebrate the ongoing contribution made by tenant representatives and the Scrutiny Panel in helping shape and improve services.

Following the formal meetings, attendees enjoyed refreshments and a prize bingo session, which provided a chance for members, tenants, residents, committee members and staff to socialise and round off the evening in an enjoyable and informal way.

Clydesdale Housing Association would like to thank everyone who attended and contributed to the success of the event. Member participation remains an important part of the Association’s governance and helps ensure that the voices of tenants and communities continue to shape the services we provide.
