Rent Review 2026-2027

Each year we review our rents to help cover the cost of maintaining homes, providing services, and planning for future repairs and improvements.

Following this year’s review, rents will increase by 5.8% from 1 April 2026. This follows the standard approach of September 2025 Consumer Price Index (CPI) + 2%.

As part of our rent increase consultation, which closed on 12 February, we received 319 responses from tenants. Of those who responded, 63.3% supported the proposed increase.

The service charge for 2026–2027 will be £10.80 per month.

Haven’t received your letter?

All tenants should receive a rent increase notification letter confirming their new rent from 1 April 2026. If you have not received your letter, please contact us and we will arrange for a copy to be sent to you.
