Clydesdale Housing Association has published its Annual Assurance Statement for 2026.
Our Management Committee has reviewed and assessed a comprehensive range of evidence to consider our compliance with the Regulatory Standards of Governance and Financial Management and the requirements of the Regulatory Framework.
The review included evidence relating to finance, asset management, tenant and resident safety, customer service, quality assurance, legal and regulatory compliance, audit reports, tenant and resident feedback, benchmarking, policies and advice from senior staff and external advisers.
Following this review, the Management Committee has confirmed that it is satisfied that Clydesdale Housing Association complies with the requirements of the Regulatory Framework.
The Association has also identified some non-material improvement actions which will be progressed during the year and monitored by the Management Committee.
