This Engagement Plan sets out:
- the information the Regulator requires from us
- what we need to do
- how the Regulator will engage with us
- why the Regulator is engaging, with reference to any material non-compliance with regulatory requirements
- details of our main contact at the Regulator
The Engagement Plan also states our Regulatory Status, i.e., our level of compliance with Regulatory Standards. We are pleased to report that Clydesdale Housing Association is fully Compliant with these.
