Bulky items left in gardens, closes, stairwells and other communal areas can create safety hazards, attract pests and affect the appearance of our neighbourhoods. Please remember that these areas should be kept clear for the benefit and safety of everyone.
If you need to dispose of unwanted furniture or other large household items, please call South Lanarkshire Council’s uplift service on 0303 123 1020 or your local recycling centre rather than leaving them in gardens or communal areas.
