🎄 Festive Opening Hours Update 🎄
We know this time of year can be especially busy, so we wanted to share our Christmas and New Year opening hours to help you plan ahead.
Our office will be closed to visitors on Wednesday the 24th of December 2025. You can still contact us by phone or email until 1pm on that day and we’ll be reopening as usual at 9am on Monday the 5th of January 2026.
🔧 Emergency repairs
If you experience an emergency repair during the closure period, please contact our emergency repair line on 01555 435944.
⚠️ Gas or carbon monoxide emergencies
If you smell gas or suspect a carbon monoxide leak, please contact the National Grid on 1-800-892-2345 or call 911 immediately.
