Clydesdale Housing Association

Service Charges

Clydesdale operates a service charge which seeks to recover the cost of maintaining common areas in estates from residents.  The key principles of our service charge system are that it should:

- reflect the cost of providing services which residents actually receive;

- have a fair and reasonable approach to apportioning costs to residents;

- have a simple approach to calculating charges which can be easily understood;

- keep the cost of managing the service as low as possible.

Please contact us if you have any enquiries regarding your service charge.
