Clydesdale Housing Association maintains a comprehensive buildings insurance for all rented properties.

We do not, however, insure the contents of your home - this is your responsibility.

Through the Association's membership of the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA), our tenants and owners we provide services to have access to the SFHA Diamond Insurance Scheme.  The Scheme offers tenants and owner occupiers the chance to insure their homes in an easy and affordable way.  Working with Jardine Lloyd Thompson and Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance plc, the Diamond Scheme offers a specifically designed cover for Housing Association tenants and owner occupiers that's straightforward and value for money.
