Clydesdale Housing Association is committed to providing the best quality service we can in a responsive and approachable way.  We would like to develop our services to meet the changing needs within the resources available and to demonstrate value for money.

We have developed a Customer Focus Policy to let customers know exactly what standard of service thay are entitled to enjoy.

Clydesdale asks customers via customer focus groups, telephone & postal surveys, office surveys and comprehensive satisfaction surveys for their views on the services we provide on an ongoing basis.  We use the feedback we receive to continually improve our services.
