Service Plans (2005 to 2010)

Our 2005 Tenant Conference approved Clydesdale's proposals for a 5 Year Service Plan.  The Service Plan had been developed in consultation with 4 tenant focus groups over July 2005.

The Service Plan focuses on the following service areas:

  • Customer Focus & involvement
  • Management of estates & Anti-social behaviour
  • Rent and Arrears
  • Access to and the Allocation of housing
  • Reactive, Cyclical and Planned maintenance
  • Development and Adaptations
  • Financial management
