We would like to provide you with good quality information which will assist you in a number of ways. We have included in our web site the following items:

• Our Membership Policy - this will give details of how you can join our Association and what you would be required to do as a member.
• A Membership Form. This can be downloaded and should be sent with £1 to our offices. Your £1 entitles you to a copy of the Association's Rules and, potential membership of the Management Committee.
• The Code of Governance for Committee Members. This document provides comprehensive information on the roles and responsibilities of becoming a member of the Management Committee.
• Our Openness and Confidentiality Policy. This is the document which sets out our approach to openness and confidentiality
• Our Allocations Policy. This is very comprehensive document which sets out the factors which we take into account in assessing housing needs in the allocation of properties
• A Housing Application Form. This can be downloaded for you to fill in and submit to our offices if you are in housing need
• Our Estate Management Policy. This is a very comprehensive document which details the manner in which we manage our tenancies and estates.
• Our Tenant Participation Strategy. This is the document which details how, when and what we will consult over.
• Our Rent and Service Charge Policy. This document provides information on how we set our rents.
• Our Complaints Procedure provides guidance on how to make a complaint to us.

  We have also provided for your information some Annual Reports which provide details of our activities and achievements over the course of a year, and some tenants newsletters. Tenants newsletters have been used by us to consult with our tenants.
